Terms & Conditions

Please fill out a Health Form before starting Pilates and update this if & when needed.

 

Please consider your options carefully before booking the Term.
 

Term Bookings:

  • If you can get to most sessions, then a term booking is the best way to keep your Pilates consistent, cheaper, and it secures your space for the Term.

  • It is best to check in advance to see which sessions you can’t attend, and if you have flexibility, you could switch to other classes in the studio or online. Alternatively, there are also recorded classes on CoreBalance for members.

  • I encourage you to get to other classes, to make up those missed ones. Please refer to the timetable & text on the day or the day before to check availability

  • If you know you’ll miss more than two sessions and will struggle to make them up, then casual might be better for you.

  • The Term booking is typically for you, but a household family member could have your space when you’re absent.

  • Term booking payment is required at the start of Week One, this secures your space over others.

  • If you cancel your booking within 5 days before the start of the Term there is a $25 admin fee.

  • If you cancel your booking within the first 4 weeks of the Term, attended classes are $27 (casual rate) and there is a $45 cancellation fee. After 4 weeks, there is no refund, however, naturally, exceptional circumstances are considered, and we can discuss.

  • You have that Term to get ‘make-up’ classes in.

Casual & Private Classes:

  • Class is paid on the day of the session with your name and the date as a reference.

  • Please give 24 hours’ notice, if you are unable to attend. A 50% cancellation fee applies if cancellation is received later than 24 hours.
