Peanut butter cookie dough balls!

-1 1/2 cups rolled oats (organic oats have minimal gluten)

-2 tblsp coconut oil

-2 tblsp peanut or almond butter

-1/4 cup maple syrup

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1/2 cup almond flour

-Pinch salt

-Add choc chips or wrap them in chocolate! Healthy homemade chocolate or a bought dark chocolate. Enjoy!
