Chocolate Raspberry Rough

Method


1/4 Cup melted cacao butter

1/2 Cup melted coconut oil

1/4 cup raw agave or maple syrup

3/4 cup cacao powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

small pinch of salt

1/3 cup desiccated coconut toasted or coconut chips

Freeze-dried raspberries


Melt cacao butter and coconut oil

Add maple syrup, cacao powder, sea salt, vanilla

Blend gently

Toast coconut

Pour into a tray, add the coconut and mix a little.

Add crushed raspberries and pop in the freezer to set.

Break and store in fridge or freezer.
