This smoothie is pumped with goodness, but did you the chewing helps digest the goodness better? It gives your gut more time to absorb the nutrients. Enjoy
-Toasted muesli: oats, any seeds - sunflower, pumpkin, chia, coconut, any nuts - walnuts, almonds. Sprinkle on ginger & cinnamon or cacao powder.
Pour over coconut oil and maple syrup.
Bake & grill for about 15-20 mins, stir a few times while cooking.
My fave smoothie:
1 banana
Handful of blueberries
Chia seeds & LSA
Inner Beauty chocolate gut support, collagen powder and broccoli sprout powder (products in studio)
Handful of spinach
3-4 Ice cubes
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt (vanilla bean)
Filtered water.
And a good tablespoon of Cacao powder for chocolate lovers
Pop the toasted muesli on top!
