-1 cup medjool dates or soak normal dates in boiling water for 10mins and drain.
-1 cup almonds (can use cashews)
-1/3 cup coconut oil (I often use a bit less)
- 1/3 cup organic raw cacao powder
-1 tblsn chia seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut.
Blitz nuts, then dates, then the rest & roll in coconut. Sometimes I roll in homemade dark chocolate & add peppermint oil too. ENJOY!
