Choc Raspberry Slab

This is very similar to the bliss balls, love the raspberry and chocolate combo.



Ingredients:

2 cups roasted unsalted almonds (or others or even seeds)

2 cups dates (soaked or use medjool)

1 cup desiccated coconut

1 cup Cacao powder

Chia seeds

1 cup freeze dried rasberries

Coconut oil (optional) to help it mix, but not always needed with soaked dates.


Method:

-Blitz the nuts first (to have some crunch in your

slab, add some in a second batch and don't blitz as much)

-Add the dates and then everything else and blitz

-Stir in the freeze dried raspberries, roll out in a baking tray. Crush some raspberries on top and press.

-Freeze (I keep them in the freezer).
