Calming Spiced Ginger Loaf (no refined sugar)


Mix it all and bake 180 for 50mins approx.

2 eggs (or the flaxseed alternative)

2 1/4 oats

1/2 cup soaked dates

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup milk of choice

1/4 cup molasses (or maple syrup)

4 tblsp melted coconut oil

1 tsp BP

1 tsp BS

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp Ginger ( I almost double the spices)
